Description

This extension provides a bright open plan kitchen / dining / living area with a better connection to the garden. The large new living area together with a spacious kitchen and dining area has been accommodated to the rear of the property. The approach was to remove the various insensitive additions and extensions that had been tacked onto the property over the years and return the house back to its original shape. A simple flat roofed L shaped extension was then added which maximised views and access to the newly landscaped garden. A new back door and rear lobby were carefully inserted to the existing house and formed a strong link between the old and new.
